Health Coaching

As a health coach, I look at the totality of the person—mind, body, soul in my approach to help you facilitate healing. Using state-of-the-art lab testing and a functional medicine approach I identify the “hidden” causes resulting from poor diet, excess stress, anxiety, inadequate sleep, negative thoughts, lack of exercise (or over-exercising), toxicity, impaired detoxification, environmental challenges, hormone, and immune system imbalances. Correcting these imbalances is the key to restoring functionality and wholesome living.

When I begin working with you, I imagine a giant puzzle with all the pieces scattered. By using your health history & information from the Deeper Health intake form, symptoms & issues communicated with me, and lab test results, I will fit the puzzle pieces into the appropriate places and make connections across multiple metabolic systems to complete the puzzle.

Although this process can be quite complex, I keep things simple by providing a clear, actionable plan while guiding you on your unique journey to improve your health so you can once again feel alive & thrive!

Understanding & experiencing the importance of lifestyle changes in diet, sleep, exercise, stress reduction & supplementation can literally change your life. You are given the tools to better understand what your doctors recommend so that you can make informed choices to manage your health optimally.

Fulfillment Coaching

Fulfillment is a result of achievement through effort, dedication, and perseverance to reach (and sometimes even exceed) your goals. But another factor is BELIEVING in yourself & your ability to get to the “finish line”. 

Stress levels, anxiety & depression have never been higher. Not only are these the top factors that lead to poor health, they are roadblocks that many people simply cannot get past when they try to make changes on their own.
