Before working with Vincine, living with several health issues was the norm for me- Thyroid, frequent headaches, brain fog, reflux, IBS, sleep apnea, trouble sleeping well and a bloated stomach almost every night.
Vincine has been so loving, patient, and helpful. She tested me in detail before giving me a protocol to follow. I really respect how she customized a program for me. She has gone above and beyond to help and support me every step of the way.
Since starting this program 2 1/2 months ago, I feel so much better!! I am off all but one of my medications. My headaches are infrequent and mild, my stomach is so much calmer, my reflux has greatly improved and my IBS is 90% better, my head is clear, I sleep better, I’m never bloated, and my sleep apnea is lessening – I don’t even snore anymore!
I’ve lost 16 pounds eating really good food and I’m so proud of my progress. I couldn’t have done this without Vincine!
